I used to drink Amstel Light and Sam Adams light and I thought SA Light was a good light beer and actually better than some other regular beers.

However, if you had it next to a real SA Boston Lager…Jack Skellington hug Coors Lights shirt, stand a chance. However, you cant find it in my local market anymore. My cure for light beer is drinking less beer or drinking lighter beers like Kona Blonde Ale or its other light ales, Modelo’s lighter beer which is ok or even some of the Japanese beers. Tried Bass, Heineken, Corona, other lights….all lacked flavor. If someone makes a lighter beer but hopped it up they might have a shot but I don’t think light beers are aimed at hopheads or craft beer drinkers. Coors Light is an American Adjunct Lager. The difference between a regular lager and an adjunct lager is that adjunct lagers use non-malt ingredients such as corn or rice.
